GO FOR A WALK
Go for a planned 30 minute daily walk with friends or family. Walking improves cholesterol and blood pressure. It reduces risk of heart disease, obesity, inflammation, and mental stress. #WellnessWednesday
Don’t forget breakfast. A good breakfast will set you up for the day and boost metabolism and energy. Ideal options include porridge, Bircher muesli or fruit and yoghurt #WellnessWednesday
