    Yea, it went off okay, delayed by 2.5 hours because of the IT team spending time fixing the in flight entertainment system. Not sure if that's the best reason to delay the flight. Most people slept anyways, and not like the system got fixed.

    it's amusing because it's so ancient, it takes 20+minutes to reboot. maybe your tech team wants to prioritize upgrading existing systems over VR?

    I can definitely understand your points Ishani. The majority of our customers consider their entertainment system an important part of their journey, so we'll always try and fix any issues before departure if possible. I'm sorry this disrupted your journey. Andrea

    Strange, I spoke to a lot of customers during the 2.5 hour delay. they all preferred to fly on time vs the ancient in flight entertainment system. did you speak to the same customers on my flight in your survey?

    Thanks, not sure if you are understanding the 100s of customers perspective on a 2.5 hour delayed flight and an ancient in-flight entertainment system which didn't work despite the delay. Maybe invest in customer service or an upgraded in flight system rather than VR?
